Therapy for Adults
Relational TRAUMA
Relational trauma disrupts our relationship to ourselves and others at our core, and so I believe the work of healing from trauma is a sacred process. For those who are overcoming difficult childhoods or relationships, my hope is that our work in therapy together will help restore you to a full, positive connection with yourself and (trustworthy) others.
Its my desire that our therapy relationship will be a place you experience my sincere care, respect, and an authentic interest in your story.
You are already so resilient to be seeking therapy after experienicing the ongoing effects of trauma. I see that as a reflection of an inner determination to grow and claim a full life for yourself.
It’s my desire to equip you on that journey with information, treatment options and new ways to engage with and respond to the lingering effects of traumatic experiences, as well as support for the twists and turns.
